HealthPlex Fitness is offering a complimentary athletic performance workshop for student-athletes in all sports, grades 7-12, on Saturday, August 23 and again on
Saturday, September 6 from 10:30A.M.—12P.M.
Participants will receive instruction in functional movement, injury prevention, linear and lateral speed and agility, proper strength training and energy system conditioning. If you are looking to reach your max potential, this fall strength and conditioning program will give you the tools to get there. HealthPlex Fitness has been the localized experts in functional movement training and athletic performance in the Capital Region for over 25 years.
John Sardos, fitness professional at HealthPlex and Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Union College in Schenectady, has drawn upon his coaching and personal training experience along with his advanced degree in Kinesiology to design this unique workshop.
Each sessions focuses on teaching student-athletes the essentials of balanced strength and conditioning, including injury reduction, individualized assessment and maximizing potential in a short amount of time.
