To beat the winter time blues, go to the gym before work to avoid having conflicts come up throughout the day. Go to bed early, set your clothes out the night before, and prepare to have a half a banana and a cup of coffee before you begin your sweat. Once the alarm goes off, dont hit snooze! Get up and get moving. Wash your face and drink a glass of water right away to wake up your body. Blast some music as well if you can
