Group Exercise Classes

Pilates:

This Pilates class is a form of exercise that has been demonstrated to improve your core strength, range of motion of your joints and overall flexibility. This class targets those hard-to-work areas such as your buns, thighs and abs.

Spin:

A cardiovascular workout directed to improve overall endurance. This class is designed to help burn off unwanted calories and a heap at a time.

SilverSneakers™:

Cardiovascular and strenghtening class geared towards senior citizens or those who have a limited range of motion.

Step & Core:

This 55 minute class will start with a warm-up and then 30 minutes of cardio on the step. Choreography is not complex but the movements are intense! We'll cool down and move on to exercises to strengthen core muscles. Some basic step experience is helpful but not required. (Class is suitable for all levels.)

Functional Fitness:

This 55 minute class starts with a brief warm-up followed by functional strenth building exercises and cardio intervals involving the step, calisthenics, jump rope, and jogging! This class moves! Cool down with stretching to maintain proper body alignment...this is the most overlooked component of physical fitness.

Abs, Buns & Thighs:

Class begins with 15 minutes of fun warm ups on the floor, followed with a barbell weight-training workout. The goal of the class is to target women's weakest spot. (Back of arms, abs, buns and thighs)

Martial Arts Fitness Conditioning:

Through martial arts you will be able to develop self-confidence, self-defense techniques, and self-control. This program offers a full body workout in a fun learning environment.

Cardio-Kickboxing:

Jump-start your day with a kick! This class focuses on the lower body, as well as core muscles. This is a great energizing workout appropriate for all levels.

Hi-Low:

A dance aerobic class that incorporates cardio dance steps to maximize total fat burn, with a high upbeat enthusiastic, comfortable atmosphere.

Interval Training:

Burn calories and fat with this intense combo of cardio and weight-bearing in a high-energy environment for all skill levels.

Boxing 101 and 102:

You will sweat, you will fail and you'll get back up, but you'll enjoy every minute of it. A high intense circuit workout with professional boxing trainers who will push you to your very limits. For more details ask at the front desk.
