PILATES
 
This class focuses on strengthening the core muscles using the exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.  This class integrates breathing, flexibility, strength, precision and body awareness to lengthen and define the muscles. 
                                                          

September 2010- Pilates class will be held the following days and times:

  • Mondays 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. with Teresa
  • Wednesdays 9:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. with Ellen
  • Thursdays 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. with Ellen
