We have many options for working with a trainer including one-on-one, semi-private, group training or a membership to our fitness classes. We are more than a gym, we are a community of like minded people who take action towards a common goal, living a healthier & happier life.

Private Training

One-on-one attention to achieve your goals.

You meet with a certified personal trainer in a private setting to take your fitness to another level. With guidance and expertise they will show you the path to weight loss, creating a healthy lifestyle, and feeling amazing about yourself. We offer both 30 minute or 60 minute sessions based on your on level of commitment and other factors.

Semi-Private Training

Workout with family or friends to drive a healthy life.

At a lower rate than 1-on-1 training, you get the best of both worlds, the individual attention of personal training combined with the motivating environment of group training. If you like the the intensity of a group workout, but still need the hands-on help of a fitness professional, this is a great option.

Fitness Classes

Join a group! Feel inspired by people who share a common goal.

For some fitness is more than just a workout, it's a safe environment for you to try to do that extra burpee or squat while others motivate you. It's a place where you can meet new people that have the same goals in mind and want to see you reach them as much as you do.
