Who: Youth ages 8-10, 11-14, 15 and up

60-90 Minute Sessions - 2 or 3 Days/Week
- We begin every practice with 10 minutes of foam rolling and SMR to loosen and prime the muscles for activation.
- The first stage is geared towards dynamic warm-ups, muscle activation, movement patterns, ladder drills, linear/lateral agility, plyometrics (upper/lower) and core.
- The second and last stage is focused on explosive power with an emphasis on Olympic lifts, maximal strength and metabolic output.
